Our first trip to the studio was an exciting introduction to the world of controlled lighting and studio photography. Over the course of two days, we explored the basics of working with flashes, studio lights, and LED lighting, learning how different setups could completely change the mood and feel of an image. Experimenting with shadows, highlights, and angles, we began to understand how to shape light to enhance our subjects. It was a new and technical experience, quite different from natural light photography, but an important step in expanding our skills. This hands-on practice gave us a deeper appreciation for the creative possibilities of studio work and set the foundation for future projects.
